CELL is a program for processing optic microscope images generated by a digital camera attached to the microscope and transferred to the computer through a software provided by the camera manufacturer. | ||||

has the objective to automate the process of counting cells and offers
resources for morphometry. |
It processes TIFF format images, but it can be adapted to use other image formats. |

and counts up to 3 different cell types of the same study, automatically
or semi-automatically. Morphometry
studies and generation of histograms and area tables, diameter and
shape factor, with the information resulting from the data processing. |
